The job
Busy little cafe by the beach. We will train you on the machine if you have not used one, but you need to be quick on your feet and good with people. Saturdays and Sundays, 7am to 2pm, with a free feed on every shift.

Day in the life
You open with the manager, set up the machine, and by 8am the queue is out the door. It stays flat out until about 11, then eases into lunch. You will be on coffee, on the till, and clearing tables, whatever the day needs.
